Interested in working with our company?

This page will help you see if you meet the basic qualifications and let you know what to expect.

Note that this is not a regular job. You will not be an employee, you will be a partner in the company. If accepted you become probationary partner in the company and once you complete all required training will be required to be voted in to become one of the limited partners to remain with the company for more than 6 months. The only difference in status is that as a probationary partner you cannot be elected a managing partner and you cannot vote on your acceptance as a limited partner.

You should note that we offer no leave or health benefits whatsoever at this time. The only insurance we carry is a state required liability policy.

Motor Escort Officer -

You will be responsible for most expenses related to the work.  You will be paid a flat fee per ride with additional money paid for extended wait times, extra distance, Sunday/Holiday work, or performing additional functions such as ride lead.

Things to keep in mind:

This is not for everyone. If you are not an experienced all weather motorcycle rider or cannot handle high stress situations this is probably not for you. You also are not going to get rich doing this type of work and supporting yourself or a family on the income from this would be out of the question. We also offer no medical or leave benifits.

Passing the initial screening is no guarantee you will be able to complete the training and become a fully qualified Motor Escort Officer. We highly encourage you to take it slow and don't spend money on equipment or other gear not absolutely required as there is no reimbursement if you are cut due to inability to perform or decide this is not for you.

Security Officer -

Currently we primarily use our properly trained and licensed Motor Escort Officers to provide security services.  This requires a separate licensing and certification process in order to perform security duties.  You can complete some of this concurrent with your motor officer training. Although not required for normal escort work the majority of our motor officers are also licensed by the State of Washington as Armed Security Officers.  When performing security work, that is not related to an escort, you will be compensated by the hour rather than per event due to the varience in time requirements from escort work.  Security Officers are authorized to use their company insured motorcycles to travel to and from non-escort related security assignments.

You must be licensed as an armed security guard or a former law enforcement officer who has a current LEOSA card in order to carry a firearm while working for the company.

If you perform at least 10 hours of security work for the company we will pay the cost of all of your certification and licensing requirements. If not you will be responsible for these costs.
